1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayo
1 cup large Vidalia onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the three ingredients together, until well combined. Spread into an 8×8 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, until brown and bubbly. Serve with crackers of tortilla chips.
