Jenna Ritter, Wellington Sunday Mixed A1
Cookie dough:
1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbs. pure vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Oreo:
1 package double-stuffed
Brownie:
1 family-sized brownie mix (and allotted eggs and oil)
¼ cup hot fudge brownie
Cream the butter and both sugars in a large bowl with a mixer for 3-5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt, then slowly incorporate it into the mixer until the flour is combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread cookie dough into the bottom of a cake pan. Top with Oreos. Prepare the brownie mix as the box directs and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
