4 large tomatoes, sliced thin
2 avocados, sliced thin
¼ cup basil leaves
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup crushed red pepper flakes
Arrange tomato slices (overlap them) across bottom of large serving platter. Season with salt. Layer the avocado slices on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with red pepper flakes.
