| 2 | 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach |
| 1 | small onion, minced |
| 2 | cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix |
| 1/2 | cup Parmesan cheese |
| 4 | eggs, beaten |
| 1/2 | tsp. thyme |
| 3/4 | cup melted butter |
| garlic powder | |
| salt and pepper |
Pre-cook and drain spinach very well. Mix all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours. Roll into balls and freeze on a tray. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
