1 pkg. Oreos
1 jar of your peanut butter (or another nut butter)
1 box of brownie mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tin by using cupcake liners or cooking spray. Take two Oreos and stack them with peanut butter into each section. (A layer in the middle and on top.) Place the stack in a cupcake liner (or directly in prepared muffin tin). Place liners in muffin tin. Make brownie mix according to box. Pour brownie mix over cookie stacks. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
You also can use Mini Oreos and a mini muffin tin. Spread peanut butter on top of one mini Oreo and place it in each muffin tin section. Spoon brownie mix over the cookies. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes approximately 40 mini Oreo brownies.
