1 15.25 oz. box butter golden cake mix
1 3.4 oz. box of vanilla instant pudding mix
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine cake mix, pudding mix and salt in a large bowl. Add pecans, oil, egg and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on low until combined. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes until lightly browned. (Makes a crispy cookie.)
