¾ lb. chicken breast, cubed
1.25 oz. taco seasoning
15 oz. can black beans, drained
8.75 oz. can sweet corn, drained
¼ cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
1 ½ cups tortilla chips, crushed
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté chicken. Add taco seasoning, beans, corn, salsa and a splash of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put in 9×13 pan, topped with half of the cheese and all the tortilla chips. Bake for 15 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
