Lemon Brownies

Brownie:
¾ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 stick butter, soft
2 large eggs
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
Glaze:
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tbs. lemon juice
any additional lemon zest
Combine flour, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add in softened butter. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the lemon juice and zest. Add this to the larger bowl, and mix well. Pour into a prepared 8×8 inch brownie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or double the recipe in a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove, let cool, and glaze.
