As things start to heat up, you’re looking for ways to cool down – especially once you hit the tennis court. This spring, try out some of our favorite no-bake recipes submitted by ALTA members that are served cold for those days when the sweat won’t stop.
Cottage Cheese Dip
Submitted in 1993 by Jeanette Sheehan, Hudlow Tennis Center
1 pint low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
1/3 cucumber, chopped
Mix ingredients and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
