1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Beat egg white with 1 tsp. cold water until frothy. Mix pecans with egg white mixture until coated. Combine with remaining ingredients. Bake at 325°F for 12 minutes. Stir and bake for another 12 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
