8 | cups small cauliflower florets, stems removed |
3 | Tbsp. olive oil |
1/4 | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | tsp. garlic powder |
1/2 | tsp. turmeric |
1/2 | tsp. salt |
Toss all ingredients together and roast in 475-degree oven 25-30 minutes or until browned.
