2 cups grilled shredded chicken (or rotisserie)
1 avocado
½ tsp. garlic powder (or real)
½ tsp. pepper
Sea salt to taste
2 tsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
½ green apple, cubed
¼ cup slivered almonds
¼ red onion, diced
¼ cup 0% fat Greek yogurt, plain
Smash avocado. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Either server warm immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
