Texas Coleslaw
Christina Stolte, Spalding Corners Sunday Women B-1
1 bag Publix coleslaw mix
½ sweet onion, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
Combine in a large bowl.
Dressing:
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Whisk together until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to combine. Chill at least two hours before serving.
