1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped & peeled
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup yellow or red onions, finely chopped
¼ cup green peppers, finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 to 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded & chopped
½ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
