1 | box lemon cake mix |
1 | stick butter, softened |
3 | eggs |
16 | oz. cream cheese, softened |
1/3 | cup sugar |
1 | 3-oz. box lime Jell-O |
raspberries and/or mint leaves for garnish |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined. Press cake mixture evenly into prepared pan; set aside. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and Jell-O on medium speed until creamy. Add 2 eggs, beat until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture onto the cake. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cake starts pulling away from edges of pan. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Garnish with raspberries or mint leaves. Makes 15 squares.
