Bottom
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 4 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | tsp. salt |
| 1 | 16-oz. can chocolate syrup |
| 1 | tsp. vanilla |
Filling
| 2 | cups powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 2 | Tbsp. green crème de menthe |
Topping
| 1 | cup chocolate chips |
| 6 | Tbsp. butter |
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and other ingredients in order above. Blend well. Pour into greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Mix together filling ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Melt together topping ingredients and let cool. Spread over brownies. Chill and cut into squares.
