8 | oz. cream cheese, softened |
2 | cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Crush cookies until finely ground. Add cream cheese and combine until smooth. Using a small scoop, portion out 2 Tbsp. of cookie mixture into balls on wax paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals at 50 percent power. Roll cookie mixture balls in melted chips. Place back on wax paper. Stores for two weeks.
