2 | ripe avocados, pitted and peeled |
2 | Tbsp. fresh lime juice |
1/4 | tsp. salt |
pepper to taste | |
1 | medium tomato, coarsely chopped |
1/2 | small onion, finely chopped |
2 | Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped |
2 | clove garlic, minced |
Place avocados in a bowl and sprinkle with lime juice, salt and pepper; mash with a fork until desired texture. Stir remaining ingredients into avocados. Chill 30 minutes for flavors to blend or until ready to serve.
