3 Eggs, boiled and finely chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped finely
½ bell pepper, finely chopped
2 slices of American or cheddar cheese
½ cup of Duke’s mayonnaise
¼ cup of milk
1 tsp. mustard paste
1/8 tsp. of oregano
Salt
Fresh crushed black pepper
Chili flakes
6 slices of white bread
Mix everything together, except for the bread. Make sandwiches and then toast them in a toaster oven until the bread is golden and crispy. Cut one sandwich into 4 squares and serve!
